Dr. Barth grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2014, he moved to Myrtle Beach with his wife, daughter, and standard poodle. His interests outside of dentistry include cycling and golf.
Experience
After graduating from the College of Charleston, Dr. Barth went on to work as an epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta and as a pediatric geneticist at Emory University.
Feeling unfulfilled with his career, he decided to chase his childhood dream of becoming a dentist. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2003 and practiced for 11 years in Florence, South Carolina.
Dr. Barth is a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, and the Myrtle Beach Dental Society.
